2004-09-08 + 5:54 a.m. Yesterday was my first, though not full, day at the office. I'm downtown, have my own cubicle, computer, phone...the project meeting room looks across the crowded streets of downtown Portland, and I can see the Schnitz (where I first saw Josh). Wow. It was so exilerating, and exciting. Like after years of being in a rut, and going to school, and working retail and doing homework...that life is over and my real life is starting. My life. And it really does feel like I'm falling in love a bit...and this time it's with Life. Which is how it should be. |
